While navigating a person's mental health challenges, Bree ensures the space feels safe, grounded and supportive. Her practice gently challenges people, supporting self-understanding while strengthening the client's inner and outer world. Bree has worked across the wellbeing industry over the past seven years specialising in a number of areas including trauma, relationship issues, band therapy (musicians), LGBTQI challenges and group therapy as well as First Nation’s support. Bree believes in being with the client, not at the client. She curates the counselling environment as an equal partnership between participant and practitioner. \

    Alongside her work as a therapist, she provides mental health consultancy support to small business within the music industry. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and is a registered practitioner with the Australian Counselling Association. Bree enjoys fostering a mind/ body connection in her work as a clinician. She draws upon multiple modalities to support this journey including Narrative Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems and Motivational Interviewing.

    Bree is available Monday evenings and Saturday mornings.
    $150 full fee
