Trisna is a psychologist with an interest in the wellbeing and fulfilment of artists, performers, creatives and all those who follow their passions.

As well as assisting clients manage challenges of working in creative industries and life in general, she is also involved in research about mental health in the entertainment industry, the wellbeing of first and second generation Australian artists, and the role of intercultural music and dance in facilitating social connection and resilience.

She welcomes clients from a range of backgrounds including culturally diverse and LGBTIQA+ communities.

She is trained in cognitive-behavioural therapy and mindfulness approaches and continues to train in acceptance commitment therapy and narrative therapy techniques.

She values a collaborative approach in therapy and aims to “walk with her clients” and come to a holistic understanding of their life experience.
